Make your spinach brownies

spinach brownies

These brownies are incredibly easy to make. First, start by preheating your oven! Now, grab a large bowl and mix all of your dry ingredients together. Next, put all of your wet ingredients into a blender. This is super important because you don’t want full spinach leaves chilling out in your brownies. That would be weird. Once your wet mixture is blended, pour it into the dry mixture and fold them together. Pour your batter into your pan and bake! It’s that simple!

Brownie Tip

These brownies are a very gooey texture, which makes them very tricky to cut and serve. Once they’ve cooled, pop them into the freezer for 5-10 minutes. They’ll harden up and be easier to cut. Serve them on their own, top them with powdered sugar, or serve them with your favourite ice cream!
