Ingredients
  • 1 Pound Hashbrowns small cubes and thawed
  • 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup Cream of Mushroom if vegetarian
  • 1 Cup Shredded cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Onion
  • 1 Cup Sour cream
  • Panko breadcrumbs Topping
  • 1 Tbsp Melted butter
Toppings
  • Bacon
  • Green onion
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350℉ 

  2. Mix your hashbrowns, cheese, onion, and sour cream into a bowl.

  3. Pour your mixture into a nonstick baking pan and top with panko breadcrumbs and melted butter.

  4. Bake for 30-45 minutes

  5. While your potatoes are baking, fry your bacon.

  6. Top finished potatoes with crispy bacon and green onions!
