Not the sticky stuff that bees make, I’m talking about the app! If you haven’t heard of it, or have heard of it but haven’t checked it out yet, you’re in the right place. Today I’m giving you my Honey app review!
What is Honey?
Honey is a FREE web browser extension that scours the web for the newest and best discounts codes to save you the most amount of money possible. This means more money in your pockets! Since Honey does everything for you, you won’t have to waste valuable time scrolling through, and entering codes manually, like with some other coupon sites. Setting it up is quick and easy!
How does Honey work?
Guys, it’s so easy! First, go to Honey.com (this is my referral link) and download the FREE app onto your web browser. Once you have it installed, go shopping! Once you have all of your items in your cart, head on over to the checkout and honey will apply any applicable codes to your purchase! Check out the video below if you need more guidance!
Another great thing is that this works for Amazon as well! If you’re looking at an item that has changed prices recently, Honey will keep track and tell you when it’s a good time to buy that item! They’ll also let you know if there’s another seller offering that same item at a lower price. Talk about a time saver! You’ll know when there are codes available because your little icon will turn yellow next to your URL.
What are the benefits of using Honey?
The biggest benefit of using Honey is the amount of money you can save. You can also join their Gold Rewards program, where every dollar spent using Honey turns into points that you can redeem for gift cards to use at your favourite stores! Some stores even offer cashback, however it’s rare. You can use Rakuten as well if you’d like a better chance at cashback. I also love how many stores Honey has codes for!
My final thoughts
I love Honey! I don’t shop online too often, but when I do I like that all the work is being done for me. I’ve always hated having to go to separate sites to find coupon codes and trying to find ones that work. I also love that as I’m shopping, I’m collecting points to put towards gift cards for my favourite stores! New pair of American Eagle jeans, HERE I COME!
