ABOUT ME

Hey Little J

Hey, I’m Jordan!

Welcome to my little home on the internet, Hey Little J! Let’s face it, life can be complicated and “adulting” is no cakewalk. You’re out on your own, trying to figure out what it means to be an adult; all while you’re trying to juggle friends, family, relationships, jobs, and figuring out who you want to be. As someone who just hit 30 (yikes), I can confidently say that I have learned quite a few things from my life. By no means do I consider myself to be a full-fledged adult because I still feel like a kid sometimes, but I do feel like I’ve finally come into my own. I’ve created this blog to share what I’ve learned along the way, as well as what I’ll continue to learn in the future.

Here’s a list of some things you can expect from me and this blog:

  1. A safe and positive space where we empower each other.
  2. A “cut the shit” kind of attitude. Let’s just get to the point, am I right?
  3. Pictures of my cute dog, Schatzie.
  4. Tips and advice you’ll actually use.

Get To Know Me

Now that you know what to expect from me, here are a couple of facts to get to know me a little bit better.

  1. I got the nickname Little J because a guy we hung out with was also named Jordan, but he was super tall. Big J and Little J.
  2. I’m a dog, design, and Harry Styles enthusiast.
  3. I’m hella short; 4’11.5″ to be exact!
  4. I lived in four different countries, eight cities, and went to seven different schools before the age of 18.
  5. I went to college four times; graduated twice, got one certificate.
  6. Betty White is my queen.
  7. Escape rooms and Nancy Drew games are my jam.
  8. Mac and cheese is my #1 food of all time.
  9. I love nothing more than a good belly laugh. You know, the silent ones that make you feel like you can’t breathe?
  10. I love my dog Schatzie so freaking much! Some would say too much, but really? Have you seen him?
